We\u2019ve seen spectacular growth and celebrated many wins along the way. Here\u2019s a recap of the top 7 moments this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-our-growing-method-team\">1. We\u2019re finishing the year strong with 85 employees to support our customers better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This hard work paid off, as our efforts gained us several acknowledgments. More on this below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-being-recognized-with-best-in-class-awards\">2. Being recognized with best-in-class awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to our amazing customers and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/\">Method<\/a>:Partners, we were able to climb our way to the top! Method was given the Momentum leader badge in Spring 2022 and Summer 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Momentum refers to products in the Leader tier in the Momentum Grid\u00ae that rank in the top 25% of their category&#8217;s products by their users. This is something we were proud to accomplish this year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to G2, we also continue to be leaders in the CRM category. We\u2019re honored to have been recognized for our commitment to helping small businesses grow. From doing more user interviews than ever to shipping updates fast and furiously, 2022 was one for the books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We celebrated exciting new product updates, and the following were rated as our partners\u2019 favorites:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The ability to brand your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/features\/portals\/\">customer portals<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The launch of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/xero-crm\/\">Xero integration<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Better analytics in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/features\/email-campaigns\/\">Email Campaigns<\/a> app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Quicker data transfer with our import and export tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Automatic sync and schedule to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/features\/google-calendar\/\">Google calendar<\/a> from anywhere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-supporting-our-local-community\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Supporting our local community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Method, we\u2019re committed to giving back. And this year, we took things a step further! Here\u2019s how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We began our partnership with Kelly at <a href=\"https:\/\/hitroop.com\/\">Troop<\/a>, to create meaningful social impact for local causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engaging our team this way raised our awareness of the issues faced by our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Methoders vote for where and how we want to make an impact every month. Connecting IRL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the global pandemic subsiding, Methoders were eager to get to know each other offline. Our awesome People Operations team made this possible with some killer in-person events.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first of 2022 was the annual Methoder retreat. Sharing good food and even better conversations with Ritual <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last but not least, Method partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/ritual.co\/\">Ritual<\/a> to bring our team together at lunch!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What could be better than thousands of food options to choose from?
