Making it a great place to find tools that will increase your productivity and extend the power of your accounting software!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of my personal favorites are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Mailchimp (for engaging with your prospects and customers via email)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Hootsuite (for scheduling and managing your social media platforms)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Zapier (great for integrating your tools and moving data seamlessly between them)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Zoom (but really&#8230;who doesn&#8217;t regularly use Zoom!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-your-action-items-0\">Your action items:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Audit where you spend your time and review the top&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/blog\/qbo-app\/\">QuickBooks apps<\/a>&nbsp;that can automate and streamline these processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Review data that&#8217;s housed in your Excel\/Google Spreadsheets and determine why this information lives here.
