Despite it all, however, there were still nuggets of joy and pride here at Method.\u00a0Today, we share a recap of our top 2020 moments \u2014 enjoy!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-feel-good-method-moments\">5 feel-good Method moments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-empowering-our-customers-to-operate-remotely\">1. Empowering our customers to operate remotely <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During 2020, the resiliency and innovation we saw our small business customers demonstrate was impressive to say the least. As they pivoted and navigated uncharted waters, we felt lucky to be the ones enabling them to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/blog\/tips-for-working-remotely\/\">work remotely<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-the-outpour-of-support-for-small-businesses\">2. The outpour of support for small businesses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another top moment for us in 2020 was the spotlight small businesses gained. Placed front and center on the world stage, communities everywhere rallied behind their local entrepreneurs and businesses.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of this movement, we were happy to support one of our small business customers, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bisoncoolers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bison Coolers<\/a>, with an order of 100+ custom tumblers for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/partners\/\">Method:Partner<\/a> community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"510\" height=\"360\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/1608051535483-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13670 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/1608051535483-1.jpg 510w, https:\/\/www.method.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/1608051535483-1-300x212.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 510px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 510\/360;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-expanding-the-method-team\">3. Expanding the Method team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the pandemic has been challenging for most small businesses, the digital-first approach that many of our customers took allowed them to not only survive but also grow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, we added 16 new Methoders to our team, so that every one of our customers got the support they needed during this difficult year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether that was by providing guidance on topics like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/blog\/ppp-loan-forgiveness\/\">PPP loan forgiveness<\/a> or improving the accessibility standards of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.method.me\/\">Method <\/a>platform, this work kept us busy. Better yet, it got us recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-being-honoured-with-two-best-in-class-awards\">4. Being honoured with two best-in-class awards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020, Method was named one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.javelynn.com\/software-reviews\/top-best-crm-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">best CRM software<\/a> solutions by Javelynn and a <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.com\/lead-management-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">top lead management tool<\/a> by Digital.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These achievements, however, are not all ours to claim. The relaunch of Method:Gives <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With so much to be thankful for, this year prompted Methoders to reflect on how we could share our good fortune with others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result was the relaunch of Method:Gives \u2014 a company-wide initiative dedicated to donating 1% of our revenue growth to charity.
